Before going on Spring Break, I interviewed 4 of my 5 teachers. Here’s a video of their answers of the question “What are my weaknesses?” I didn’t make this video to advertise reasons not to hire me, but try to encourage others, emphasizing the importance of asking the questions that you are afraid to hear the answer. It’s great to know how I am being perceived. I really encourage everyone to sit down and have a one-on-one with their teachers. Even if you think you’re doing well. All of them, if possible. It was interesting seeing the different perspectives. I was surprised and grateful for their honesty and I’m looking forward to the opportunities to show that I have synthesized their advice and improved.
