I went with this little gem. I wanted to keep it simple, but when I talked to Jill, she wanted to see more “horror” (see the title of the lecture: Brian Skerry reveals ocean’s glory — and horror) and we looked at some images of cresting stormy waves. I drew this wave and scanned it in and colored it and I rendered the drop in Photoshop. Next step: Add text.
